1 9 inserting the following: "may include a premium in
1 10 accordance with federal law. The amount of the
1 11 premium shall be based on a sliding fee scale
1 12 established by rule which is based on family net
1 13 income, as defined in section 422.7, and the size of
1 14 the family."
