Absent or not voting, 4: Dolecheck Ford Koenigs Thomson The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared to have passed the House and the title was agreed to. House File 2402, a bill for an act to amend the crime of burglary in the first degree to include commission of sexual abuse as a possible element of the offense, was taken up for consideration. Murphy of Dubuque offered the following amendment H-8179 filed by him and Scherrman of Dubuque and moved its adoption: H-8179 1 Amend House File 2402 as follows: 2 1. Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word 3 "performs" the following: "or participates in". Amendment H-8179 was adopted. Dinkla of Guthrie moved that the bill be read a last time now and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was read a last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?"
