 1     Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as

 3     1.  Page 9, by striking line 19 and inserting the
 4   following:  "state.
 5     Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  455J.14  LIMITATIONS.
 6     Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter, a
 7   privilege provided in this chapter shall not exist in
