  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8054, to House File 681 as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 9, by striking line 19 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "state.
  1  5    Sec. ___.  NEW SECTION.  455J.14  LIMITATIONS.
  1  6    Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter, a
  1  7 privilege provided in this chapter shall not exist in
  1  8 connection with any private civil legal action.  This
  1  9 chapter shall not be construed to confer immunity from
  1 10 liability in any private civil legal action."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
