HOUSE STUDY BILL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS H.S.B. 693 Appropriations Relating to the funding of, operation of, and appropriation of moneys to the college student aid commission, the department of cultural affairs, the department of education, and the state board of regents, providing related statutory changes, and providing an effective date. H.S.B. 694 Appropriations Relating to state financial management by providing that lottery revenues be transferred to the general fund of the state and changing the date for calculating additional enrollment because of special education under the state school aid program. H.S.B. 695 Appropriations Relating to the compensation and benefits for public officials and employees, providing for related matters, and making appropriations. COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS MR. SPEAKER: The Chief Clerk of the House respectfully reports that the following committee recommendations have been received and are on file in the office of the Chief Clerk. ELIZABETH A.
