Limiting the amount of the residential property tax rollback and
including an applicability date provision.
H.S.B. 688 Ways and Means
A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of
the State of Iowa relating to protection of taxpayers' rights by
limiting the growth rate of taxes, revenue, and spending of the
state government and by increasing the people's control over
taxes, revenue, and spending of the state government.

Relating to the operation of the lottery, providing for
multi-jurisdictional agreements, and providing a penalty for the
