  1560 JOURNAL OF THE SENATE 107th Day
  Senator Connolly moved the adoption of amendment S-3728 as
  amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senator Gettings withdrew amendment S-3516 filed by him on
  April 15, 1997, to pages 6 and 7 of the bill.

  Senator Gettings offered amendment S-3591 filed by him on April
  17, 1997, to page 6 of the bill.

  Senator Lundby raised the point of order that amendment S-3591
  was not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point not well taken and amendment S-3591
  in order.

  Senator Gettings moved the adoption of amendment S-3591.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3591 be adopted?" (H.F. 697)
  the vote was:
