  House Concurrent Resolution 21

  On motion of Senator McKean, House Concurrent Resolution 21, a
  concurrent resolution establishing a special commission to study and
  make recommendations concerning urban planning, growth
  management of cities, and protection of farmland, with report of
  committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator McKean moved the adoption of House Concurrent
  Resolution 21, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.
