  CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT ADOPTED

  House File 612

  Senator Boettger called up the conference committee report on
  House File 612, a bill for an act relating to child support recovery,
  providing penalties, and providing effective dates, filed on April 28,
  1997, and moved its adoption.

  The motion prevailed by a voice vote and the conference committee
  report and the recommendations and amendments contained therein
  was adopted.
