  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  Senate File 547 be immediately messaged to the House.

  The motion to reconsider the vote by which Senate File 547 passed
  the Senate on April 21, 1997, filed by Senator Halvorson from the
  floor and found on page 1295 of the Senate Journal was out of order.

  Amendment S-3642 filed by Senator Halvorson from the floor to
  pages 10 and 11 of the bill, was out of order.
