  Senator Tinsman called for a division of amendment S-3590: lines
  3-28 as division S-3590A and lines 29 and 30 as division S-3590B.

  Senator Hammond moved the adoption of division S-3590A.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall division S-3590A be adopted?" (H.F. 715)
  the vote was:

  Rule 23, requiring all Senators present to vote except those who
  express a conflict of interest, was invoked.

  Senator Hammond moved the adoption of division S-3590B, which
  motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senator Szymoniak withdrew amendment S-3592 filed by her
  from the floor to page 32 of the bill.
