  UNFINISHED BUSINESS CALENDAR

  House File 694

  On motion of Senator Angelo, House File 694, a bill for an act
  extending the provisions relating to the eradication of brucellosis to
  apply to animals other than bovine animals, making penalties
  applicable, and providing an effective date, with report of committee
  recommending amendment and passage and placed on the Unfinished
  Business Calendar on April 10, 1997, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator Angelo offered amendment S-3303 filed by the committee
  on Agriculture on April 1, 1997, to pages 6, 9, 10 and 12 of the bill and
  moved its adoption.
