  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 161, a bill for an
  act modifying the holding temperature required for the storage of
  eggs sold at retail, referred to the committee on Appropriations on
  February 27, 1997, with report of committee on Appropriations
  recommending passage on April 15, 1997, was taken up for further
  consideration.
