94th Day WEDNESDAY, APRIL 16, 1997 1195 Senator Schuerer raised the point of order that amendment S- 3515 was not germane to the bill. The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-3515 out of order. Senator Schuerer moved that the bill be read the last time now and placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and the bill was read the last time. On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 611) the vote was: Ayes, 31: Angelo Bartz Behn Black, J.
