  1082 JOURNAL OF THE SENATE 87th Day
  Senator Iverson raised the point of order that division S-3446A
  was not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point well taken and division S-3446A out of
  order.

  (Action on division S-3446B and Senate File 532 was deferred.)

  The Senate stood at ease at 5:51 p.m. until the fall of the gavel for
  the purpose of a party caucus.

  The Senate resumed session at 5:55 p.m., President Kramer
  presiding.

  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 532 and division
  S-3446B by Senator Connolly.

  Senator Connolly moved the adoption of division S-3446B.

  A record roll call was requested.

  On the question "Shall division S-3446B be adopted?" (S.F. 532)
