BARTZ, Chair COMMUNICATION FROM THE GOVERNOR The following communication from the governor was received: April 1, 1997 Mary Pat Gunderson Secretary of the Senate State Capitol Building L O C A L Dear Ms. Gunderson: Because Ann R. Shaw has resigned her position as a school administrator, she is no longer eligible for appointment to the Board of Educational Examiners. Therefore, I am withdrawing her name for consideration by the Senate. Pursuant to Iowa Code 2.32(4), appointment to this position is deferred until an appropriate candidate can be selected.
