  Because Ann R. Shaw has resigned her position as a school administrator, she
  is no
  longer eligible for appointment to the Board of Educational Examiners.
  Therefore, I
  am withdrawing her name for consideration by the Senate. Pursuant to Iowa
  Code
  2.32(4), appointment to this position is deferred until an appropriate
  candidate can be
  selected.
