  House File 453, a bill for an act relating to the grounds for
  termination of parental rights of a putative father.

  House File 456, a bill for an act relating to city civil service and
  providing an effective date.

  This bill was read first time and passed on file.

  House File 485, a bill for an act relating to drainage districts by
  eliminating notice by petitioning landowners regarding the
  establishment of subdistricts.

  This bill was read first time and passed on file.

  House File 644, a bill for an act relating to the relationship
  between a real estate broker or salesperson and parties to certain real
  estate transactions and providing an effective date.
