  Senator McLaren moved the adoption of amendment S-3262 as
  amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  With the adoption of amendment S-3262 as amended, the Chair
  ruled amendment S-3035 filed by Senator Halvorson on February 4,
  1997, to page 1 of the bill, out of order.

  Senator Hansen withdrew amendment S-3034 filed by him on
  February 4, 1997, to page 1 of the bill.

  Senator McLaren moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 79) the vote was:
