  Senator Bartz filed the following motion to reconsider from the floor
  and moved its adoption:

  MADAM PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which amendment S-3258
  to Senate File 503 was adopted by the Senate on March 26, 1997.

  The motion prevailed by a voice vote and amendment S-3258 was
  taken up for reconsideration.

  Senator McKibben offered amendment S-3272 filed by Senators
  McKibben and Vilsack from the floor to amendment S-3258 and
  moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3272 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Neuhauser moved the adoption of amendment S-3258 as
  amended, which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  Senator McKibben filed the following motion to reconsider from the
  floor and moved its adoption:

  MADAM PRESIDENT: I move to reconsider the vote by which amendment S-3263
  to Senate File 503 failed to be adopted by the Senate on March 26, 1997.

  The motion prevailed by a voice vote and amendment S-3263 was
  taken up for reconsideration.

  Senator Neuhauser moved the adoption of amendment S-3263.
