1 2 #1. Page 5, line 30, by inserting after the word
1 3 "offense" the following: "shall be evaluated by a
1 4 psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of
1 5 sexual disorders to determine what, if any, forms of
1 6 treatment may be appropriate under the circumstances
1 7 for the particular individual. If the evaluation so
1 8 recommends, the person".
1 9 #2. Page 5, line 34, by inserting after the word
1 10 "conviction" the following: "and a recommendation in
1 11 favor of medroxyprogesterone acetate treatment by a
1 12 psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of
1 13 sexual disorders".
1 14 #3. Page 6, line 7, by striking the words
1 15 "initiation of treatment" and inserting the following:
1 16 "treatment of any diagnosed sexual disorder, which may
1 17 include but is not limited to medroxyprogesterone
1 18 acetate treatment,".
1 19 #4. Page 6, line 10, by inserting after the word
1 20 "parole," the following: "a plan for treatment of any
1 21 diagnosed sexual disorder, which may include but is
1 22 not limited to medroxyprogesterone acetate treatment,
1 23 shall be established for the inmate and".
