  Senator Behn asked and received unanimous consent that House
  File 236 be substituted  for Senate File 467 as amended.

  House File 236

  On motion of Senator Behn, House File 236, a bill for an act
  relating to eligibility for unemployment compensation benefits for
  temporary employees of a temporary employment firm, was taken up
  for consideration.

  Senator Dearden withdrew amendment S-3208 filed by him from
  the floor to page 1 of the bill.

  Senator Dearden offered amendment S-3207 filed by him from the
  floor to page 1 of the bill, moved its adoption and requested a record
  roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3207 be adopted?" (H.F. 236)
  the vote was:
