  Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 2.32(4) 1997, the appointment for the
  Administrator
  of the Division of Deaf Services vacancy is being deferred because no
  appropriate
  candidate has been found for this position at this time.

  Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 2.32(4) 1997, the appointment for the
  Community
  Health Management Information System Governing Board vacancy is being
  deferred
  because no appropriate candidate has been found for this position at this
  time.

  Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 2.32(4) 1997, the appointment to the Community
  Health Management Information System Governing Board previously held by
  Kraig A.
  Boysen is being deferred because no appropriate candidate has been found for
  this
  position at this time.

  Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 2.32(4) 1997, the appointment for State Board
  of
  Education vacancy is being deferred because no appropriate candidate has
  been found
  for this position at this time.

  Pursuant to Iowa Code Section 2.32(4) 1997, the three positions on the
  Wallace
  Technology Transfer Foundation of Iowa are being deferred at this time as it
  my
  understanding that this board is no longer actively meeting.
