  Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 492 (formerly Senate File 304), a bill for
  an act
  relating to unemployment compensation benefits concerning proof of whether a
  person
  has voluntarily quit employment.

  Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote: Ayes, 7: Rife, King, Behn, Freeman, Jensen, Schuerer and Zieman.
  Nays
  4: Dearden, Gettings, Horn and Palmer.

  EDUCATION

  Final Bill Action: *SENATE FILE 480 (SSB 110), a bill for an act relating to
  tuition
  and fees charged by public shcool districts and to tuition and fee waiver
  rules for
  indigent families, and providing an immediate effective date.

  Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Bill Action: Ayes, 10: Redfern, Rehberg, Angelo, J. Black, Boettger,
  Lind,
  Redwine, Rensink, Szymoniak and Tinsman. Nays, 5: Connolly, Dvorsky, Fink,
