  stock, the allocation of patronage dividends upon termination of
  membership, and dissolution, was taken up for consideration.

  Senator McLaren offered amendment S-3132 filed by Senators
  McLaren, Kibbie and Rensink from the floor to page 1 of the bill and
  moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3132 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Hedge moved that the bill be read the last time now and
  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (S.F. 292) the vote was:

  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 280, a bill for an
  act providing immunity from civil liability for an employer or
  employer's representative who acts reasonably in providing
  information about a current or former employee of the employer,
  previously deferred.
