  Senate Joint Resolution 13, by Halvorson, a joint resolution
  proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Iowa to
  limit the terms and years of service for members of the Senate and
  the House of Representatives, and to limit the terms and years of
  service for Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General,
  Secretary of State, Auditor of State, and Treasurer of State, and to
  limit the terms and years of service for Supreme Court Justices,
  Judges of the Court of Appeals, and District Court Judges.

  Senate Joint Resolution 14, by committee on State Government,
  a joint resolution proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the
  State of Iowa requiring the maintenance of a cash reserve fund and
  an economic emergency fund.

  relating to transfers of real property by providing that certain
  disclosures regarding psychologically impacted property are not
  required and by amending the definition of transfer.

  relating to making the state individual income tax a percent of the
  federal income tax liability with certain adjustments and including
  effective and applicability date provisions.

  child day care provision involving registered group day care homes.
