  Senator Neuhauser offered amendment S-3105 filed by Senators
  Neuhauser and Hammond from the floor to page 1 of the bill and
  moved its adoption.

  Amendment S-3105 lost by a voice vote.

  Senator Hansen offered amendment S-3103 filed by him from the
  floor to page 1 of the bill.

  Senator Borlaug raised the point of order that amendment S-3103
  was not germane to the bill.

  The Chair ruled the point well taken and amendment S-3103 out
  of order.

  Senator Hansen offered amendment S-3070 filed by Senators
  Hansen, et al., on February 19, 1997, to page 1 of the bill, moved its
  adoption and requested a record roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3070 be adopted?" (S.F. 58)
