  abuse provisions involving assessments performed by the department of human
  services in response to reports of child abuse and providing effective
  dates.

  Recommendation: APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote: Ayes, 11: Boettger, Redwine,; Szymoniak, Bartz, Behn, Dearden,
  Hammond, Rensink, Schuerer, Tinsman and Vilsack. Nays, none. Absent or not
  voting, 2: J. Black and Dvorsky.
