  The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 58, a bill for an
  act establishing English as the common language of the state,
  previously deferred.

  Senator Dvorsky offered amendment S-3057 filed by him from the
  floor to page 1 of the bill, moved its adoption and requested a record
  roll call.

  On the question "Shall amendment S-3057 be adopted?" (S.F. 58)
  the vote was:
