1 Amend the amendment, H-1866, to Senate File 549, as
2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
3 follows:
4 1. Page 5, by striking line 27, and inserting the
5 following: "256A.3.
6 Sec. ___. Section 256.11, Code 1997, is amended by
7 adding the following new subsection:
8 NEW SUBSECTION. 9. Unless a waiver has been
9 obtained under section 256.11A, each school or school
10 district shall have all of the following:
