by him from the floor and moved its adoption:

 1     Amend House File 733 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 21, by inserting after line 31 the
 3   following:
 4     "Sec. ___.  Section 452A.79, subsection 1, Code
 5   1997, is amended to read as follows:
 6     1.  Dredging and renovation of natural or state-
 7   maintained lakes of this state."
 8     2.  By renumbering as necessary.
Amendment H-1863 was adopted.
