Amendment H-1812 lost.
Myers of Johnson offered the following amendment H-1786 filed by
Myers of Johnson, Ford of Polk, Larkin of Lee, Shoultz of Black
Hawk and Connors of Polk from the floor and moved its adoption:

H-1786

 1     Amend Senate File 533, as amended, passed, and
 2   reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
 3     1.  Page 22, by inserting after line 19 the
 4   following:
 5     "i.  In addition to the moneys appropriated in this
 6   subsection and notwithstanding contrary provisions of
 7   section 904.508A, there is appropriated to the
 8   judicial department from the inmate telephone rebate
 9   fund created in section 904.508A $175,000 to be used
10   for the purpose of hiring five additional juvenile
11   court officers."
12     2.  By renumbering as necessary.

Pottawattamie.
