  1  3    #1.  Page 18, line 32, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "INDUSTRIES" the following:  "– INMATE LABOR".
  1  5    #2.  Page 19, line 9, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "industries." the following:  "In addition, state
  1  7 agencies are encouraged to utilize inmate labor to
  1  8 assist in performing duties of the agency."
  1  9    #3.  Page 19, line 11, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "report" the following:  "of the use, if any, of
  1 11 inmate labor to perform duties of the agency and".
