its adoption:

1 Amend Senate File 533, as amended, passed, and
2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
3 1. Page 13, by inserting after line 25 the
4 following:
5 "(3) In addition to the moneys appropriated in
6 this subsection and notwithstanding contrary
7 provisions of section 904.508A, there is appropriated
8 to the district department from the inmate telephone
9 rebate fund created in section 904.508A an additional
10 $35,000 to be used for the purposes provided in this
11 subsection."
12 2. By renumbering as necessary.
