Amendment H-1697 was adopted.
Lamberti of Polk asked and received unanimous consent to
withdraw amendment H-1754 filed by him on April 15, 1997.
Lamberti of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
