IMMEDIATE MESSAGES Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent that the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: Senate Files 30, 451 and 235. Senate File 131, a bill for an act relating to fraudulent practices involving family investment and medical assistance program benefits and making penalties applicable, with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for consideration.
