ADOPTION OF HOUSE RESOLUTION 16 Metcalf of Polk asked and received unanimous consent for the immediate consideration of House Resolution 16, a resolution honoring Des Moines Mayor Arthur Davis for his many contributions to the city of Des Moines and the state of Iowa, filed from the floor, and moved its adoption.
