Dotzler of Black Hawk offered the following amendment H-1643, to
the Senate amendment H-1611, filed by him and Holveck of Polk
from the floor and moved its adoption:

H-1643

 1     Amend the Senate amendment, H-1611, to House File
 2   655, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
 3   as follows:
 4     1.  Page 1, by striking line 13.
 5     2.  By renumbering as necessary.
Amendment H-1643, to the Senate amendment H-1611, was adopted.
On motion by Churchill of Polk, the House concurred in the
Senate amendment H-1611, as amended.
Churchill of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now
and placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill
was read a last time.
On the question "Shall the bill pass?" (H.F. 655)
