Greiner of Washington rose on a point of order that amendment H-1422 was not germane. The Speaker ruled the point well taken and amendment H-1422 not germane. Koenigs of Mitchell asked for unanimous consent to suspend the rules to consider amendment H-1422. Objection was raised. Koenigs of Mitchell moved to suspend the rules to consider amendment H-1422. Roll call was requested by Koenigs of Mitchell and Siegrist of Pottawattamie. On the question "Shall the rules be suspended to consider amendment H-1422?"
