The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared

Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
that Senate File 205 be immediately messaged to the Senate.
The House stood at ease at 3:57 p.m., until the fall of the
gavel.
The House resumed session at 4:45 p.m., Speaker Corbett in the
chair.
