Senate File 163, a bill for an act relating to the sale of cigarettes and tobacco products through vending machines. Also: That the Senate has on April 2, 1997, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 187, a bill for an act relating to the issuance of licenses and the imposition of fees for the fishing, trapping, hunting, pursuing, catching, killing, or taking of wild animals, birds, game, or fish, providing for other properly related matters, and subjecting violators to existing penalties, and providing effective and applicability dates. Also: That the Senate has on April 2, 1997, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 361, a bill for an act relating to the state workers' compensation coverage for students participating in school-to-work programs and providing for related matters. Also: That the Senate has on April 2, 1997, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 378, a bill for an act providing for the membership of the investment board of the Iowa public employees' retirement system and providing an effective and applicability date. Also: That the Senate has on April 2, 1997, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 417, a bill for an act providing for the amount of a surety bond required to be executed by a treasurer of an extension council. Also: That the Senate has on April 2, 1997, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 499, a bill for an act relating to privileges and prohibitions for certain persons including those relating to motor vehicle licenses and to the regulation of tobacco, tobacco products, or cigarettes, and providing penalties. Also: That the Senate has on April 2, 1997, passed the following bill in which the concurrence of the House is asked: Senate File 511, a bill for an act providing for the liability of a person with supervisory or other administrative responsibilities over an individual who the person knew or suspected committed abuse of a child.
