Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
to withdraw House File 198 from further consideration by the
House.
IMMEDIATE MESSAGES
Siegrist of Pottawattamie asked and received unanimous consent
that the following bills be immediately messaged to the Senate: 
Senate File 82 and House File 370.
House File 320, a bill for an act increasing the exceptions to
the registration requirements for postsecondary schools, and
eliminating an exemption for nondegree specialty vocational
training programs from the accreditation requirement for
postsecondary schools, was taken up for consideration.
Metcalf of Polk moved that the bill be read a last time now and
placed upon its passage which motion prevailed and the bill was
read a last time.
