Absent or not voting, none.
The bill having received a constitutional majority was declared
to have passed the House and the title was agreed to.
House File 335, a bill for an act relating to public health
issues under the purview of the Iowa department of public
health, including vital statistics, the board of nursing
examiners, the board of dental examiners, lead poisoning, the
immunization registry, the child death review team, plumbing
provisions and fees, and providing a contingent effective date,
with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for
consideration.
Lamberti of Polk offered the following amendment H-1125 filed by
him and Boddicker of Cedar and moved its adoption:

H-1125

 1     Amend House File 335 as follows:
 2     1.  Page 2, by striking lines 3 through 15 and
 3   inserting the following:
 4     "NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  A person who releases or
 5   discloses confidential data, records, or any other
 6   type of information in violation of this section is
 7   guilty of a serious misdemeanor."
 8     2.  Title page, line 5, by inserting after the
 9   word "providing" the following:  "a penalty and".
Amendment H-1125 was adopted.
