  1  1    Amend House File 335 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 2, by striking lines 3 through 15 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "NEW SUBSECTION.  7.  A person who releases or
  1  5 discloses confidential data, records, or any other
  1  6 type of information in violation of this section is
  1  7 guilty of a serious misdemeanor."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 5, by inserting after the
  1  9 word "providing" the following:  "a penalty and".
