On motion by Gipp of Winneshiek, the House was recessed at 1:08 p.m., until 4:30 p.m. LATE AFTERNOON SESSION The House reconvened at 4:30 p.m., Speaker pro tempore Van Maanen of Marion in the chair. QUORUM CALL A non-record roll call was requested to determine that a quorum was present. The vote revealed seventy-two members present, twenty-eight absent. CONSIDERATION OF BILLS Regular Calendar House File 133, a bill for an act relating to the offering of point of service plan options in certain health benefit plans, with report of committee recommending amendment and passage, was taken up for consideration. Jacobs of Polk offered the following amendment H-1060 filed by the committee on commerce and regulation: H-1060 1 Amend House File 133 as follows: 2 1.
