HOUSE STUDY BILL COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENT
H.S.B. 1 Ways and Means
Relating to the exemption from inheritance tax of property
passing to certain heirs of the decedent and providing an
applicability date provision.
On motion by Siegrist of Pottawattamie, the House adjourned at
2:10 p.m., until 8:45 a.m., Tuesday, January 14, 1997 .
