1 3 Sec. 2. Section 453A.56, Code 1997, is repealed.
1 4 EXPLANATION
1 5 This bill strikes Code provisions relating to the uniform
1 6 application and enforcement of Code chapters 142B and 453A and
1 7 thereby provides for application of local laws and regulations
1 8 relating to smoking prohibitions under Code chapter 142B and
1 9 relating to cigarette and tobacco products under Code chapter
1 10 453A.
