1 3 #1. Page 1, line 13, by inserting after the word
1 4 "zone" the following: "or in a county with a total
1 5 population of less than fifteen thousand which is not
1 6 eligible to designate an enterprise zone,".
1 7 #2. Page 1, line 18, by inserting after the word
1 8 "zone" the following: "or in a county with a total
1 9 population of less than fifteen thousand which is not
1 10 eligible to designate an enterprise zone".
1 11 #3. Page 1, by inserting after line 33 the
1 12 following:
1 13 "4A. A county with a total population of less than
1 14 fifteen thousand which is not eligible to designate an
1 15 enterprise zone shall establish an enterprise zone
1 16 commission pursuant to section 15E.195 for purposes of
1 17 this section only."
1 18 #4. Page 2, line 24, by inserting after the word
1 19 "zone" the following: "or in a county with a total
1 20 population of less than fifteen thousand which is not
1 21 eligible to designate an enterprise zone,".
1 22 5. Page 2, line 26, by inserting after the word
