1 3 #1. Page 2, by inserting after line 13 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "5A. In addition to the requirements an enterprise
1 6 zone commission may adopt pursuant to section 15E.195,
1 7 subsection 2, an enterprise zone commission may
1 8 negotiate with an eligible housing business to limit
1 9 the sales price of a single-family home or multiple
1 10 dwelling unit building in return for receiving
1 11 incentives and assistance pursuant to this section."
1 12 #2. Page 2, line 14, by striking the word "An" and
1 13 inserting the following: "Unless there is an
1 14 agreement between an enterprise zone commission and an
1 15 eligible housing business pursuant to subsection 5A,
1 16 an".
