1 6 "Sec. ___. There is appropriated from those funds
1 7 designated for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998,
1 8 and ending June 30, 1999, the following amounts, to be
1 9 used for the purposes designated:
1 10 To the Iowa hope loan revolving fund created in
1 11 section 261.17A, subsection 7:
1 12 1. To be expended from the strategic investment
1 13 fund created in section 15.313:
1 14 .................................................. $ 150,000
1 15 2. To be expended from the general fund of the
1 16 state:
1 17 .................................................. $ 800,000"
