  1  1    Amend House File 2395, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 2, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "prisoners" the following:  ", provided that any
  1  5 requirement applicable to the general population of a
  1  6 correctional facility, including but not limited to a
  1  7 general lock down, shall apply without exception to
  1  8 the prisoners working in these buildings and in other
  1  9 work programs employing prisoners subject to the
  1 10 requirements of section 904.809".
